In this piece, time is no longer a purely linear concept; instead, it weaves into a complex, multidimensional network, reflecting Liuli’s perspective on contemporary society. The scales of the snake transition from a realistic texture at the head to a minimalist diamond pattern, accented by Tang Dynasty-inspired floral motifs, embodying the vibrant vitality of nature.

Red gemstones are set along the serpent’s body, acting as prisms that refract light as the sculpture twists, maximizing its radiance and visual impact. Celebrating the "Year of the Wood Snake," this piece merges the Five Elements' cycle, symbolizing both legendary resilience and the dynamic growth that thrives under light.
