Design Concept:

This is the exclusive design for East West Bank in the Year of the Ox.

The Great Harvest encapsulates the beauty and brawn of the ox in an ornamental liuli Design. This sculpture juxtaposes the sinewy form of the ox against lush wheat in a display of aesthetic harmony. With its head raised toward success, the beast’s sturdy hooves grip the earth, ready to advance with courage. The Great Harvest symbolizes a tenacious and unyielding spirit and unstoppable ambition. Behind the ox, heavy stalks of wheat symbolize an overflowing harvest, the fruits of its labor. The red liuli pearl is like the sun, connecting to the ox’s line of vision, a symbol of success and hope. The wheat bends to the arc of the sculpture, adding dimension and creating a visually arresting design. The ox’s raised head and sinewy form are juxtaposed against a background of lush wheat. Dimensional and dynamic, the ox locks its gaze upon the red liuli pearl.
