Design Concept

The design combines the plump and abundant cabbage with a large polished area at the base of the piece. The cabbage leaves are layered and curled, delicately thin and moist, and vividly green. A lifelike cricket rests peacefully underneath. This abundant nature embodies an endless vitality, presenting a scene of harmony and beauty. The whole piece resembles Tai Chi, with the abundant cabbage and the extensive polishing at the base reflecting each other as yin and yang, reality and void. The hollowed-out circle in the artwork serves as a portal of life. Smooth and harmonious, it offers a glimpse into the profound mysteries of life and the universe. The patterns at the root of the cabbage signify rising energy, vibrant and thriving, naturally unfolding, representing the fullness of life and an unending force.

豐碩飽滿的白菜和作品底部大面積拋光的結合設計。白菜的葉片層疊翻捲，灑脫薄潤，青翠欲滴。一隻栩栩如生的蟋蟀安然棲息於下。豐沛的自然，源源不絕的生命力，一派祥和美好的風光。 整件作品形似太極，豐碩飽滿的白菜和作品底部大面積的拋光，一陰一陽虛實相映，作品中鏤空的圓是生命的出口。圓融平和，從中洞見生命的奧義一窺而知宇宙萬象。 白菜根部的琉紋，是升騰向上的氣，生機蓬勃，順天而發，是飽滿的生命力，生生不息的力量。
